TSUNAMI
God said Gen 1 vs 26-31 (read)
Then God said, " Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds
of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
Man was given dominion over the Earth by God and Authority to make decisions affecting his environment.
Adam surrendered that dominion by disobeying God and believing the serpent (satan in disguise).
Gen 6 Vs 1-8
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons
of God (fallen angels) saw the daughters of men were fair and they took them wives of all they chose.
And the Lord said, "My spirit shall not always strive with man,for he is flesh, yet his days shall be 120 years.."
There were giants in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the nephilim came into the daughters of men, they
bare children to them, the same were mighty men of old, men of renown.
And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart
were evil continually and it saddened the Lord that he had made man on the earth and it grieved him to his heart.
And the Lord said," I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast and the moving
thing and the fowls of the air for it repenteth me that I have made them.".
But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord."
Giants on the Earth were caused by fallen angels mating with the women of earth-.Book of Enoch
In the book of Enoch it goes into greater detail about the activities of these giants.
The world was corrupted by them, the offspring of fallen angels devouring any righteous men, then turned to animals, birds
and fish killing them. I have a theory of my own about cave drawings, this is that the people that drew them were forced to
live and hide in caves to escape the horror of the giants.
I believe God held back the day of judgement on all this violence until Noah had the Ark ready.
Gen. 7 vs 11-12
"In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, on the seventeenth day of the second month-on that day all the fountains
of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of heaven were opened, and rain fell on the earth for 40 days and 40 nights."
The planet was already suffering damage internally before the flood, but God held it back.
Not only the earth, but other planets as well.
God instructed Noah to build an Ark, because he decided to put an end to all flesh which had been corrupted.
There is no way that the core of the Earth is meant to be unstable like it is, or the plates disrupted like they are. At
the time of the flood, many things happened . where it says the fountains of the deep were broken open, this means volcanic
eruptions took place worldwide at that time. This caused the collapse of the firmanent above the Earth, causing it to condense
into rain, I will not get too technical about this , because I am not a scientist.
Also, I believe at that time that a 10th planet broke up forming the asteroid belt.
Ezra 9 vs 6
"O My God I am ashamed and blush to lift up my eyes to thee, my God for our iniquities are increased over our head and
our rage or trespass has reached up to the heavens."
So you can see from all this that the real enemy is satan and his fallen angels not God.
John 10 vs 10
"The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy, but I have come that you may have life and that more abundantly ."
The world today
The wickedness of man aided by satan is even affecting the Sun, the other planets and the heavens.
We have beheadings, rapes, murders, exploitation of children, torture and other horrible things happening. We can
hardly be surprised when the whole world is affected by them.
God’s judgement in the Bible does not speak of randomness, why kill 295,000 people with a tsunami, which has been
called by some the judgement of God on those people, when other people who are equally in need of judgement aren’t judged.
The tsunami was not God’s judgement, but the planet groaning under the weight of sin.
Romans 8 Vs 18-25
"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
The creation groans and waits for the revelation of the sons of God.
For the creation was made subject to futility, not willingly, but by reason of him who subjected it to hope, because the
creation itself shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God, for we
know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now.and not only them but ourselves also groan within
ourselves waiting for the adoption or redemption of our body, for we are saved by hope, but hope that is seen is not hope,if
we hope for what we don’t see then we wait with patience for it."
Because of man’s original and current sin, creation is subject to futility , corruption and death and needs to be
set free from it.
Jesus sets us free from our sinful nature if we accept that he died on the cross for our sin and by dying on the cross
and rising again he bought back Adam’s dominion over the problems the world faces.
Because of Jesus, greater is he that is in us –The Holy Spirit- than he that is in the world –the devil.
1 John 4 Vs 1-4(Read)
Psalm 8 also talks about the dominion God wants the Sons of God, Jesus followers to have.
"O Lord our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth.
You have set your glory above the heavens. From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise, because of your
enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.
When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man
that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?
You have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honour.
You have made him ruler over the works of your hands, all flocks and herds and the beasts of the field, the birds of the
air and the fish of the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas.
O Lord our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!"
So, as human beings in our fallen and sinful state, it is time to repent of our sins and accept that Jesus Christ died
and rose again for us then become disciples of him and escape the judgement that will come on the world at the time God himself
has ordained for it.
